WOW! He is really one incredible guy! But part of me wondered, why be on the road doing shows like Oprah when he could be home hanging out with those beautiful kids! I have not followed this story, how is he doing now?

My dear cousin died of pancreatic cancer. He has been but a precious memory to me since 1995. He died the age I am now and one of his last words to me were "Oh F... just Live C, just LIVE and for chrissake be happy" while I was in the midst of single parent hood and a mother who had also recently just passed and I was doing the woe is me routine. I have to say I met my husband just over a year later and up sticks from the UK to live in the US and yes was happy.
I don't know whether I could be as eloquent as your friend, nor would I know what to say in a 'last lecture', but I would hope I could be as gracious and leave a precious legacy to my children, as he is giving to his sweet family.
